Metlatch Schlitt Stein 25 Liter

This is an original mettlatch 2.5 lietr stein created by master stein maker heinrich schlitt on the lid ot the stein is the latch is in pewter and depicts the head of a lion roaring (picture# 11), the lid is surrounded in pewter (picture#10) and in the middle there is a porcelin insignia (picture#3). The body of the stein are 2 soldiers stiinig in a very elegant tavern at a table one is drinking wine (picture1)and the other is smoking a pipe and at the at teh lower part of the stein just below and to the right of the smoking soldier appears the signature of the master stein maker heinrich schlitt (picture# 2) at the bottom of the stein center appears the insignia of the mettlach company and says made in germany (picture 3) just to the right top there is a castle that is stamped in to the bottom of the stein (picture# 6)below the castle appears the stamped name mettlatch and also can be seen in (picture#6 and #4) below that appears the stamped letters ges-gescm (picture# 7) and below that is the most important number according to the apraiser and that is the stein #2751 which can clearly be seen in (picture# 7).
