Antique Mettlach Villeroy Boch Fancy Beer SteinmintThis is an antique vlileroy and boch, mettlach stein marked as shown. It has a hand painted and etched body. The portrait is signed g. Wailh. I ma not sure of this signature and i am not an expert on steins. A serious collector might recognize this as a misspelling. It is fully mraked as shown. Number 1649. It is 6 tall to the point of the fancy knob on the lid of the all pewter top. There is written on hte reverse. Ein frober sina das allerbeft, haft du ibu feb ou, fo bnit ibn felt. I probably butchered that but hopefully you get the idea. It is top notch and perfectly mint in every way. The condition and rarity make this a great gift.Calculated shipping. |
