Antique 12L German Beer Stein Threaded Relief MintAbsolutely beautiful antique 1/2l threaded relife german beer stein with an ornate pewter lid! Circa 1900! This is a very high quality piece and i believe was manufactured by the famous stein maker h&r (hauber and reuther) although it is not marked sa such and there is no capacity mark! The body has a very attractive shape and features a shield with an incised german phrase and a fantastic threaded relief vine design with black and brown glazing that wrasp all around! The ornate pewter lid has a wonderful cherub thumblift and this stien is approx. 7 tall! The base is flat and incised marked with the number 123 and this magnificent stein is absolutely mint!
